Pieced together and built?

And did you have any issues?

What OS did you install?

Back in the early 2000’s. MSI MB and an Intel 2.4 gig processor. Think I paid like 600 bucks for a graphics card , and it ran Mech warrior and Unreal Tournament with no issues .
Was running windows ME at the time , but it was soon replaced with XP , my fav release . My old computer room

Rookies. My first pc that I built didn't have a graphics card, had 4mb of RAM, and a 1.6gb HD with a 14.4 baud modem. Haha

Just built one this year with 96 gig of RAM, and a 4090 card that pulls more power than many computers. It's crazy the changes that I've seen since I started.

After building 3 I can’t be bothered anymore , unless it’s something very elaborate. I went to get a new gaming rig, it’s been about 15 years since I gamed , and I asked my guy where the cd rom was lol. Then the Misc had to explain to me how to actually get games now. I had no idea everything was threw Steam , as I’ve been out of the loop too long

Newest rig , 4090, i9
