I don’t know tbh. I recently seen some taste test articles about the best frozen chicken parm, it came in first and so I figured I’d try it out.

I have about 30lbs of chicken from The Chef’s Store in my freezer already.
1 bag of wild Alaskan salmon from Costco and a a couple/few packs of Atlantic salmon from Aldi as well.
