The biggest gripe I have about McDonalds...

Is that to save some bucks they now make you order yourself on the touch screen...a screen who knows how many hands have been on.

They also took away the drink machines so you have to go up front to get a refill.

Also took away condiments/straws/napkins.

Can be difficult to even get an employee up front and when you do they often have a bad attitude like they're angry you just gave them extra work.

I don't bother using the machines. They still have counter staff. The kunts look at you like you just chit on their doorstep if you ask them to take your order now instead of using the machine.
