Universal Basic Income for Married Stay Home Mothers

Can anyone poke some holes into this idea please? I've been thinking about it too much and my bias is built. I need some sense knocked into me.

Imagine a world where unemployed, stay at home, MARRIED MOTHERS receive a fork of UBI.

Probably a fixed amount, but maybe a multiplier via % of what her husband makes? If he makes less then she gets a bit more, if he makes a f*ck ton she doesn't get very much.

At no point will she make more than his income.

Would aid in fixing the broken American family status..

Married mothers would never receive the benefit in a universe where single mothers don't.
So if single mothers do (and they would in all cases of this), you're promoting single motherhood and ratchet culture.
Ergo, idea is dogchit.
