People who can't hang out but have to be *doing* something
Like they'll just break down and have a computer error if you met up and were gonna go say golfing, but it started raining and they're that empty of a person that they get real awkward about just hanging out.

I agree with you dude, but in my experience, a majority of people don't agree with it. So we're stuck dealing with it. I guess I just kind of accepted it at some point.
