3-4 months ago some homeless dude lit a cup of alcohol on fire and threw it at some random chick in the subway. Prosecutors determined that the violent attack didn't meet the criteria for a jail-able offense and let the guy out without bail. This past weekend he did the same thing to some poor dude and put him in a burn unit with 30% of his body burned. The guy got arrested again but will be surprised if they put him in jail because they didn't the last time lol. NYC has become so crazy it's hard to feel bad. They literally vote for this mess. Wouldn't be surprised if the citizens finally have enough and vote trump.

I went to NY in 2011 and 2017 and it was one of the safest cities on earth and they managed to change it into an Iraqesque 3rd world chithole in like 3 years time.
