I don't believe you.
That aside, no one can tell you with certainty what your 1RM would be based on reps.
But for the actual lifters among us, there's a pretty good calculator that I use to track progress. I got this from Jim Wendler's books years ago.
Weight * reps * .0333 = X
X + weight = 1RM estimate
In your case, that's a 513 estimate.
Again, I'll believe the 385x10 when I see it.
I don't believe you can squat 185 x 10.

If you haven't been hitting heavier weight lower rep sets it's gonna be lower than you think. I hit 405x10 a long time ago and then only got 475 for a max.
