Before 10:00AM PST today, the last time I've consumed any calories was on Friday night.

I consumed ZERO calories for 4 days, which is good but definitely not my personal record. My personal record was around 3.5 weeks.


It wasn't my fault, a relative heard it through the grape vine that I'm fasting, so of course their subconscious urge to sabotage other people's hardwork kicked in, and they decided to bring over a some rotessierie chicken and a damn pizza cause they're "worried about my unhealthy behavior"


Truthfully, they're not worried that I'm fasting. They did it because, like most simplistic people, they have an unconscious desire to sabotage a man that's on a mission.


I should have told them to leave, better yet, I should never have even opened the door. But the smell of pizza was just too overwhelming and I ate 2 slices and put the rest in the fridge.


I'm 100% SRS, if you're a man with goals, you have to limit how much time you spend with family and friends. Because family and friends have a bizzarre subconscious desire to interrupt you when they see you've set a goal for yourself.


Now I have to head back to the clinic to load up on more Ozempic and Phentermine so I can attempt to do another 10 day fast.
