I stopped lifting weights/gym knowing I can achieve my goals by just eating right…

I started bodybuilding in 2006 because I was skinny and wanted to put on size….overtime it did work for me…and it has been an on and off struggle for me…after sometime I quit lifting weights and going to gym and figured out I can achieve my goals by eating right and lots of it…you know like consuming high quantity of low fat foods….such as meat and fruits…

Doesn't lift or workout and feels life is incomplete without a video game console.
