Mexicans and Their "businesses"
Really have to hand it to them they give zero fukks about laws or people's safety.
Went running today, live in a nice neighborhood. Ran by this high school that must have had a graduation. Canopies everywhere blocking the sidewalks filled with garbage like flowers, stuffed animals, stupid trinkets, etc. Had to swerve into the street. Of course they don't live here but they knew about it.
Go into SF and they have the street dog stands everywhere. Unlicensed of course, watched a guy rip open a bag of buns with his teeth. Now they have unlicensed bars on the streets.

Annoying as fukk but they are ambitious. Imagine if they went to school
