Any tips on avoiding capital gains taxes?

Short term gains are fkn brutal. Seems the only way is to own a business or something and you can buy assets. How do all these rich people pay no taxes?

Their money mostly goes from one asset to another. They rarely ever liquidate. (Super Ded fkn Srs)
