Mexicans vs Astronaughts

What would happen if we started sending astronauts to Mexico from the (USA) in an equal amount of our taco friends crossing the border

Mexico would build a wall so fast it would make your head spin. Personally I think it would be a great tradeoff, I would absolutely support citizenship path for all our southern amigos and amigas in such a scenario
