Company decided I’m making too much money, kick me in the balls srs
Cliffs:
-OP is #1 rep at the company
-Company is currently hiring new reps
-Had meeting last week
-Said they needed to “lower the cost of the sale”
-Changed my commission plan as a result
-OTE is now -$100k less than it was a week ago
-Now on track to make -$150k less than last year
-OP has done nothing except play by their rules for years and made them millions and millions in profit
-Company decides to kick OP straight in the balls with new plan anyways
-Boss tells OP they completely understand if I go elsewhere
Brutal
-OP is #1 rep at the company
