Put my third offer for a house not even listed yet, still in the privates. Offered 85k above asking. Seller comes back and says what’s your best and highest offer, oh and btw we have 7 offers and will be staying in the house for 2 months after closing, rent free of course. Countered with 100k above asking, and one month. They accepted another offer. Just lmao. Getting cucked into oblivion.
