What drug causes somebody to scream gibberish in a high pitched voice? Walked by a guy earlier doing that lol. I've done a lot of drugs in the past. Super high doses of acid and mushrooms but never acted like that. Maybe pcp? See some wild stuff in the city. Not like Wyoming
