The crux of this situation was my refusal to attend last year's "Holiday Party"... we call it "Holiday Party" because it sounds more inclusive than "Christmas Party".

And I refused to attend because I knew they were going to pull yet another bait-and-switch on me and force me to say nice things about all the diversity hires we made - which I find distasteful.


They're doing it again with this picnic bullsh/t.


Now, not only would I have to get up on stage and be forced to say nice things about Jamaal and Shannequa, they want me to further degrade myself by doing dumb sh/t like play softball and potato sack races.


F/ck that sh/t.... This is beneath my dignity. I don't care if these mf'ers fire me... I ain't attending.
