Is the leg press the most ego-centric exercise?

I rarely see anyone do full ROM, slow eccentrics, and not try and load 10 plates on each side.

Yeah. If done properly it's good. Never seen it done properly though. And most are designed poorly making it impossible to get full rom.

It's a mix of both. Most of the older people 55+ are practically crippled.
