Even if house prices did crash, (they won’t) it wouldn’t matter
Everybody who held assets prior to COVID already cashed them out and re-upped 2 years ago
The only difference being the debt to equity ratio is now a lot more favourable because of how much cash we were able to bring to the table on the purchase
Even if the whole thing collapsed tomorrow nobody would care because we’re now playing using the casino’s money
