New trend in housing? (Paging Oliver)

No drywall or insulation? Your walls are just studs and OSB? In Dallas where you really need insulation? BRB glue fumes everywhere BRB getting splinters from touching your walls

Why would someone prefer this? Is it an “industrial” kind of design that someone would prefer?

Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)
