Currently I am 28, bought my first house back in October, thinking of buying a vacation house soon, not sure where, maybe Florida Louisiana.

Is it stupid to buy another property? Did anyone buy a vacation house then say this was a stupid purchase and regret it?

Might be smartest to consolidate your financial position before buying a vacation home. Over 1/2 your take-home is going to housing payments already.
