Whats your cholesterol?

Family medicine doc told me bloodwork came back super high on ldl cholesterol. Recommended starting a statin.

Now ive come to realize family docs are absolute retards, but this course of action does seem to be what cardiologists in usa/canada recommend.

Statin btw for those unaware is a drug youll have to take for life, so obviously i do not want to start this.
