Cell tech in quad

Injected some cell tech (nothing crazy just some test) in my right quad on Saturday and the chit is killing me now. I went for a 10k run today and it's definitely made it worse. Normal or no? I went low down, vastus lateralis region.

I always get sore as crap in quad or shoulder and just stick to glutes now

Don't do the quads. Delts and glutes only.
