Seen a bunch of those bodycam watch videos where people are answering questions by police and incriminating themselves.

The cop often reads their miranda rights, and then has fake empathy to extract information.

Should never talk to cops in that situation, there's zero upside. Even if you're innocent, don't let them search your vehicle etc.
