We have been deprived and starving after going 5 long years without a championship. Nobody deserves such cruelty. Historians are already calling it The Great Drought and we will tell our grandkids about the tremendous adversity and struggle we endured. Afterall, it is longest championship drought since the turn of the century amidst our 13 championships across NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL in that period.

We have managed to endure and been rewarded with delicious and fulfilling fruits in return. May we savor this golden nectar and rejoice. Go Celtics!
