Just mogged the senior leadership team at my company

So here's my track record so far:

* 2023 Holiday Party... Mandatory attendence for mangers and above: Didn't attend

* 2024 Annual picnic team building event... Manadtory attendence for managers and above: Didn't attend

* Today we had a leadership strategy meeting, mandatory attendence, all day event with dinner at a swanky restaurant. I showed up 10 minutes before the meeting kicked off, and then I peaced the f/ck out and left.


That's 3 strikes now. Let's see if they have the balls to fire me.

I simply refuse to be cucked by my company's cursed diversity initiatives, I'm not gonna participate in this charade anymore.
