Chest supported T-bar row? I can do 4 plates for around 8 reps

Lol, don't know about t-bar rows, but I'm confident I could get my bent row up to 315 with 6 months or so of training.

90 lbs doesn't seem like much boyo, unless you weigh like 90 lbs as well.

I used to do sloppy one handed dumbbell rows with like 140 lbs and I didn't weigh much more than that, about 175.

i haven't done tbar rows in many years but i used to warm up with 4 25s, then go into working sets with 5 25s, 6 25s, and finish with 7 25s

Rep with 115 on the one I use but it's very awkward and the miniscule little chest pad actually sits right in my stomach so you have to throw in a bit of a hyperextention hold too.
