Chad cop shoots and kills an astronaut like a gangsta.

Reports of a rambling black man waving a gun and trying to sell electronics to people. When the cop arrives, there's the suspect sitting on the porch. Suspect begins to point the gun at the cop. Cop proceeds to kill the orc like a gangsta.
