Never looked at a tattoo & was like damn, thats a cool tat.

As a kid maybe but adult life/late teens? never.
But ive lied 100s of times to people saying they have cool tats.

Tbh i dont think a single positive thing from them.
It can only be negative.
If its not stupid & smwhat well done im like okay a tattoo.
But 9/10 times i think what idiot would get that chit.
I dont see it as art.
More like smth u get if you want to look tough or if a sloot she got them because everybody else did too.
the heavily tattooed people, i just see mentall illness.
