Water utility has not sent a bill in 7 months

Last time they sent a bill was November 2023. Been real busy this year and didn't really notice. Logged into my account just now and I have a $0 balance but my water is still on. Do I call them and ask if they want me to pay the $1500 I probably owe or just let it ride??

7 months and you think your total would be $1500? WTF? My water bill is maybe $40 a month.
