South Korea is the only country in the world to have successfully outlawed cheating and modding in online games where it is against the TOS.

This is why SK continues to pump out some of the best gamers in the world.

Fact is, when you're playing a game against a cheater online - the validation of skill becomes null, self-doubt sets in, and critical thinking/decisionmaking which would generally be best practice also becomes null.

For those smart enough to realize it - online gaming in the U.S. has become a cheatfest, and is no longer fun.
