so my gym has this long azz narrow hallway that I have to traverse in order to get to the gym area from reception, like you can only fit two people side by side there.
so when I see that some girl is walking towards me from the other end of this long azz hallway, we get closer and closer, where the hell am I supposed to look? straight forward? or should I make eye contact with them right before passing each other? whats the code??

today I tried to make eye contact with a girl shortly before passing each other, we made eye contact but then she looked down
