One of the easiest ways to monitor your health is to look in the toilet after you take a massive dump srs. I probably check my chit at minimum 2x per week. I’ll shine my phone’s flashlight and make sure there’s no blood or anything weird going on, and that the color is right (should be some shade of brown - never red, black or pale).
