The girl in the pic got at least 5 different procedures/implants/cuts/enlargements done. She got gore-tex material for her nose implant. Due to so many massive plastic surgery clinics in S.Korea and Japan(and California), it's so widely available and cheap to get 4-5 different implants and cuts and enlargement procedures on your face.

Also plastic surgery these days look 100% natural. Look at the "after" picture. If you see that face in a large crowd, you would never think in a million years that that face has all kinds of procedures/implants/cuts/ enlargements done.
