Anyone else get eyestrain?

I have 20/20 vision but I seem to be getting eye strain problems when I stare at a screen too much.

It's worst at night or when I have to look at things with a high light contrast (ex. flying at night looking at bright screens while it's very dark outside, or driving in the day looking outside where it's very bright and then looking in at my dark speedometer.)

Also gets very bad whenever there's turbulence like driving on a bumpy road.

Manifests as difficulty concentrating, headache, fatigue, pain behind the eyes

And goes away if I relax my eyes for a little bit

Anyone else get this?
