Did gear wake you up on how miserable you feel as a natty?

Even since I tried gear It made me realise how shyt I feel when I'm in my natty state.
My natty test is high but still need a lot of sleep and have headaches when I get tired.
Just realised it when I went on gear, how low I feel most of the time.
