Trump scotus immunity ruling 10am ish

I expect partial immunity allowed, and the case remanded back to district

it will get sent back for district for fact finding - evidentiary hearing where where Trump will likely bear burden of proof that immunity claim is viable on certain actions that have to be determined in out of scope.

After with / the dc judge will likely say it was out of scope - and that will have to be appealed again.

Much of this could have been avoided if judge chutkan had just done her job (like judge Cannon is doing) and had all the needed hearings- instead of rushing beyond reasons.

I could be wrong - we will see-

I think 0 chance Trump wins asked for full immunity - they know that though

Anyone find “absolute immunity” in the US Constitution yet?

That's not going to happen and everyone knows it - even though it's the request of his appeal - it wasn't the full goal
