I expect many more of these types of cases coming forth with variations, immune-compromised people, people claiming body sovereignty, all kinds of interesting chit. Law offices will be looking for co-plaintiffs so if you are a victim keep your eyes open. It may be chump change in Cali but $700K goes a pretty long way in TN real estate.

Shouldn't even be a "religion" thing. Govt and employers have no right snooping into other peoples' medical status.
