Mods - Are the credentials to be a mod still the same?

I would like to be a mod but got banned several times.

- Longcat
- Arguing with a mod about bitcoin
- Linking to a porn site to tell which sites to avoid if you dont want to watch porn
- telling people to call customer service
- making an alt while banned

these are all tiny offenses

I probably wouldn't do much with these powers besides rep good users and delete ron posts. I'm sure you can use the help
