Did my first gym workout in 3 years.

My previous gym was a dumb corporate gym we have out here. It was gay as hell. All the zoomers would put out tripods while doing preacher curls (wish I was joking)

Been doing inconsistent home workouts since then.

Signed up at a "community center" style gym and it's GOAT.

Bunch of 70 year olds on the recumbent bikes, and me. Not one tripod in sight.

It's city funded so you pay like $40/month and there's no contract, no fees, month-to-month you cancel whenever you want. They never try to up-sell you anything.

Has barbells, dumbbells, cable crossover stations, and assorted machines.

I might actually stick to this one .... I can't stand young people, are they all retards now?

Oh yeah, I tried to do barbell bench press and it was pathetically weak after not doing it in forever, but at least there weren't any zoomers filming it.

Interesting. What kind of equipment does this community center gym have? Is it more Planet Fitness kinds? I mean if you wanted to bench or squat a few plates, could you?

Yes. I don't have to deal with tripods at my gym but everyone brings a ****ing Bluetooth speaker or plays music through their phone. I'm one of the few to splurge on a pair of $40 Bluetooth headphones.
