Andrew and Tristian Tate take yet another legal L.
Andrew and Tristian Tate’s Florida civil lawsuit concerning June Doe was dismissed.
So far Liam Doe and June Doe are out for different reasons, leaving Jane Doe, Mary Doe and John Doe. The cases against John and Mary will be dismissed soon.
And lol in the previous motion to dismiss and suppress the Romanian indictment Tate’s legal team, in a fit of brilliance, claimed they and the Tate’s had not read the Romanian indictment…
“Lastly, the Plaintiffs have not been given a meaningful opportunity to translate, let alone examine, the 367-page Romanian indictment. The earliest that the plaintiffs can secure a native Romanian translator with a quality control expert is in late July 2024. The Plaintiffs, of course, ask for the Romanian Indictment to be sealed, should this Honorable Court grant the Defendants’ motion.”
