How to Manage HOUSING GREED?

Related to the NEED to NATIONALIZE HEALTH/HOME INSURANCE

should Investment and/or Non-Primary Residence Properties be TAXED at a much higher rate?

limited institutional investment in Real Estate?

as the OWNER of a NEARLY PAID-in-FULL LUXURY townHOME I do not appreciate HOUSING GREED causing my Property Taxes to INCREASE

I also feel compassion for the HARD WORKING American Peasant who dreams of owning their own home but are prevented from doing so by GREEDY CAPITALISTS who have ERODED the American Dream
