Nah, Michelle the Great should run. Then pick Biden as her VP and then resign after she trounces Trump.

Again with the misc Newsom obsession. I'm just really not seeing it. I don't see him being a good national candidate. I think even decrepit Brandon performs better in the rust belt than he does.

It should be Kamala if Biden drops out because he can’t transfer the 240 million of campaign funds to anyone else

The alternative is Biden, who Trump should solidly trounce.

Newsom is not suffering from dementia, is not elderly, looks good and speaks well. No fan of his policies, but for someone who is just looking for anyone but Trump and is turned off by Biden being clearly in the later stages of Alzheimer's? Yeah, he's a big step up.
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Kinda reminds me of DeSantis. What works in your state doesn't necessarily apply to the entire country.

I think Newsom would run up the vote California and other coastal areas, but would do worse than Brandon in the rust belt.

I know that Brandon is a decrepit drooling idiot but a lot of rust belt boomers still look at him and see daddys Democrat and would vote for him.

The DNC is trying to make Biden the official candidate before the convention.

I say 30% chance Biden doesn't live past January 2025.
