Who replaces him?
Does this hurt or help Trump?

IMO biden is finished, the Media has turned and more and more democrats are stabbing him in the back. He's toast and I will say I'm at 99% he drops out SOON. I cannot see how he could stay at this point.
I could also see this backfiring, to the point were this whole mess causes Trump to have a Reagan-esque blow out, regardless of whether it's Biden or Harris
