Who is it?
My vote goes to Anita, she was the one who single-handedly led the revolution on games being less sexist, misogynistic and more inclusive. Taking on all the heat by herself.
Without Anita's influence characters like Aloy or the woman from Fable wouldn't look like like how they look.
She's basically the Rosa Parks of gaming.
