Well, he did get Bush/Gore wrong, but that was some supreme court fukery, so doesn't really count. That aside, his track record isperfectand he's predicting a Biden victory.
Ultimately what will happen is, by September/October, no one will remember the debate performance (American memory is roughly 1-2 months max), and by that point people will start to realize that democracy and the trend towards fascism is genuinely at risk if Trump gets in. Suddenly, that debate gaffe won't matter.
