Should I report my ex to the IRS

She made like $50k in cash from 2022-2023 in addition to her normal income and def did not report it

I know where she spent it and where it went to. Hospital also has a record of her having 21k in cash in her backpack when admitted. There's a record of her paying 17k for her brother's jeep repairs most of which was in cash. 20+k went into brother's checking account too. I have pictures of her 20k+ in cash splayed on my floors before she collected it. Would IRS even care
