I find it hard to feel sympathy for ugly out of shape people

I mean if you are fat and limping along goin oww my knees hurt but then go devour a whole box of cookies and get the extra large fry and burger from McDonald's. Am I suppose to go ohh you poor thing here is some tax money? The reason your knees hurt in the first place is because you are overweight and don't exercise.
