Sick of the steak slander. I get you always plate special for pictures because you worked in a cracker barrel kitchen, but let's get real...

So all I did here was put my steak on a plate and hold it under non-natural lighting. I realized that's what makes my steak look weird. This is exactly how I pan cook every steak.

Reverse seared in duck fat and 24 hour salt dry brine. Crispy crust with the best salted flavor.
