DragonBallz - Practically every time protagonists die, their homies get dragon balls and revive everyone. Everyone survives, good always wins, lets all sing songs, no consequences or repercussions, no sense of actual dread of loss or mourning.

Pirates of the Caribbean - When Jack Sparrow and Barbossa die in their respective movies, they're back in literally the next pharking movie.

X-Men and Marvel Movies - Just use the multiverse and/or time travel plot armor to revive everyone or save the world. Avengers endgame is the epitome of this problem.

The Walking Dead - Rick Grimes suicide bombed a bridge but later they throw in a convenient helicopter that saved him last minute.

I'm sure there's others out there, but this kinda chit annoys me.
