I've spent most of my free time with a gf or at the gym or some chit. After my recent falling out with a chick I was dating, i m unsure if there is any coming back from this with her. This really sucks she was a good one, but i fuked it up. I really need time to heal, but as the weekend approaches, I will start to feel depressed, bored, and alone if I sit at home by myself. In the past, this pretty much led me to go on dating apps and chase chicks. I honestly do alright with dating apps, but I don't think I want to go back to that chit. I tried to make friends with some dude who was my neighbor, a dude at the gym, and another guy but it really didn't work out. I do have a good freind but he lives thousands of miles away. In general I am socialliy akward and probably have some level of social anxiety, mostly if I am with an attractive women and out in public with her, I get defensive and gaurded as fuk.

My reality now is that I will be alone this weekend. I don't want to crawl back onto dating apps, or I don't want to reach out to other chicks who i knew from months ago on dating apps, some of them will probably respond. How can I be strong and enjoy myself when i m alone this weekend and not feel like an isolated loser?
